Due to our international shipping process, we are unable to provide returns or exchanges on products.

The refund method in the case of returned items
We advance procedure of refund after the items arrival which you returned.
In the case of credit card payment
We arrange a claim stop of a credit card.
By a card issuer's bundle day, you may once have to pay the total of price for items. In that case, it is repaid from a credit card company after the next month.
In the case of PayPal payment
We arrange the claim stop of PayPal.
