You can place your order on-line through our web site or through our telephone services.

Shipping and Fees
All shipments from Japan to overseas are processed by EMS(Express Mail Service operated by Japan Post Service).
Delivery days and rates will differ by each area. Please see the delivery information listed below.

Custom tax or VAT may occur depending on your country or region.
EMS(Express Mail Service) charges will go up June 1, 2016.
We revised our shipping charge with the decision.
Please note that import duties and taxes may be incurred. Any incurred duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the items.

We accept payments by Credit Cards.
A transaction fee will not be charged for payments made by Credit Card, but a handling charge may be incurred by your credit company.
Please ask your credit company the details.
About Price
All prices on our web site are indicated by the local currency which you chose at first.
However, when you settle accounts, you can see the amount of money converted into the Japanese yen.
Eventually, you will pay us the amount of money converted in Japanese yen.
If you have any question about price, please contact us by e-mail.
About import duties and taxes
All shipments will be delivered from Japan through EMS(Express Mail Service operated by Japan Post Service).
Import duties and taxes may be incurred especially for delivery to Taiwan.
Any import duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the items.
If these are incurred, you will be informed by the courier when you receive your items.
