I ordered the wrong size. Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?

I haven’t received my tracking code yet. When will my item be shipped?
Depending on the location of the destination country, orders are processed, shipped, and delivered between 4-10 days. For more information, refer to our shipping and handling page.
I’m currently located in Japan. How can I purchase and have items shipped locally?
If in Japan please shop using our Japanese site, as the shipping fee and delivery process is different to that of our international site.
Will your shipping fee stay at the same rate?
Currently our shipping rate will remain unchanged, however as the site grows we will consider optimizing our shipping rate in the future.
I have not received my order. Where is my order?
In the case that an order is taking an unusually long amount of time to arrive, please contact us directly.
