What payment options do you accept?
We accept payments made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or PayPal. Please note that although a transaction fee will not be charged for payments made by credit card, a handling charge may be incurred by your credit company. Please inquire with your credit company for more details.
I couldn't complete the payment. What should I do?
The order will be canceled, when we are not able to confirm the payment within three days of ordering.Please contact us and we can guide you to complete the payment.
The item I want has been sold out. When will it be back in stock?
We aim to keep most of our products in stock, however this may vary from item to item. Please contact us and we can provide more details about specific items.
I’m interested in your NJPW shirts. When will you receive new products?
We regularly add new products to our range. To see the latest within a category, click the right-hand drop down box and sort by ‘New Arrivals’. You are also welcome to contact us to inquire about specific products.
The item I received is incorrect/damaged. What do I do?
In the rare case that the item received has incurred damage or is different from your order, please contact customer support within 10 days.
Is it possible to exchange or refund?
Due to our international shipping process, we are unable to exchange items. In regards to refunds, please contact us directly. You can find more information about returning, exchanging, and refunding policies on our policy page.
If I add an item to my cart without purchasing, does this still reserve it for me?
No. Please be mindful that adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that it will still be available when you try to make your purchase later.
Do you ever offer any promotional or discount codes?
We don't currently offer promotional or discount codes, however we may do so in the future.
