4L(1番色)を着用しました。
中に着るならロンＴやＴシャツで、トレーナーとかは無理そうです。重ね着すると全体的に余裕がありませんが、バストには少し余裕があるので、フロントファスナーは閉めることはできます。
少し厚手ですが、軽めの着心地ですが、若干脱ぎにくいです。背中や脇が引っ張られるので、腕や肩は回しにくいです。

全体的に少し余裕があり、中にはトレーナーを着ることもできます。フロントファスナーも問題なく閉めることができます。
多少脇が引っ張られる感じがあるので、肩や腕は動かしにくいですが、ちょうどいいサイズです。
少し重めですが、着脱はしやすいです。
